You concentrate on your question by closing your eyes, then when you feel ready, open them and look at the precise time displayed on your alarm clock or electric clock (hour and minutes).

Example for a HEART question: “Am I going to meet next weekend? ».

When you open your eyes, you discover that the clock shows 4:15 p.m. You note the time.

You then enter today’s date as it appears in the calendar. Example: your question is asked on July 25, 2009.

Finally, to personalize the answer you will add to these numbers your date of birth reduced to one figure: this is called the natal number or life path in numerology.
