MMO Week in Review: Crowfall ends, Camelot collects coins

A game in, a game out, another game… simulators. Unleashed Camelotlaunched nearly 10 years ago, announced that it had received an additional $15 million in outside investment this week, the same week as Crowfall’s the new owners took the game offline for purported reviews and players set a schedule for star citizen beleaguered development history.

In the meantime, there is hope for Elite Dangerous, Albion online increased its per-character subtitle, and we got more teases about ZeniMax’s in-development MMO. And of course, the MMO industry is gearing up for the launch of World of Warcraft Dragonflight expansion tomorrow – no matter the dark clouds hanging over the company’s future.
