No equipment is required, and sessions last 10, 20 or 30 minutes. The training will be led by two coaches: Jamie-Ray Hartshorne and Nez Dally, both Muay Thai fighters.
On the other hand, a brand new meditation theme, Sleep, will expand the library and be added to the nine existing themes, including Calm, Gratitude, Resilience and Creativity. This library aims to make the practice of meditation more effective and beneficial. New Sleep meditations will be offered each week and each of the sessions can be integrated into a decompression or sleep routine.
Fitness+ will also introduce a new program, Introduction to Sleep Meditations, which will help users better understand these meditations. This program consists of four 20-minute meditation sessions that end with five minutes of relaxing music. These meditation sessions, which can be followed in any order and at any time.
