During the All Saints school holidays, the GRAC offers parents and their children the opportunity to discover a few previews, animated films (long and short) and now fiction films, aimed at young audiences, in more than 45 cinemas in the network. of Lyon and its region. A program of about fifteen films, to which are added animations, such as creative or musical workshops, snacks, initiations to the cinema, or even indoor games…

On the program you will therefore be able to discover 3 previews, among which “Ernest and Celestine: the trip to Charabie“a new tale which this time revolves around totalitarianism, Ernest having to return to his land to have his violin repaired and discovering that only a note of music is now authorized there, and”Louise and the Legend of the Feathered Serpent“story of a little French girl living in Mexico, whose lizard could well be the reincarnation of the mythical animal.

Among the animated feature films, we recommend the very beautiful tale “Yuku and the Himalayan Flower” in which a little mouse goes in search of a flower with eternal light, while his grandmother is about to die. A beautiful story of mourning and transmission. We will also recommend “The Pharaoh, the Savage and the Princess“, three new wonderful tales by Michel Ocelot, combining mischief and thwarted love. For the older ones “My Father’s Secrets” will be an opportunity to talk about the Shoah, with the relationship difficulties between two children and their father, a former deportee. You will also be able to discover “On the other side of the sky“, futuristic tale in a polluted city where a strange trash man appears, “Le Petit Nicolas: what are we waiting for to be happy?“, a beautiful and moving tribute to Sempé who received the Cristal for best film at the last Annecy Festival, or even “The clay demons“, an ambitious story of roots in Stop Motion.
