An incense cultivation industrial park is being built to support the arts and crafts base of Putian. This industrial park aims to integrate the cultivation of incense with new technologies, such as virtual reality (VR) and artificial intelligence (AI), to highlight and popularize the cultivation of incense, by designing “landscapes of ‘incense’ for tourists, by organizing exchanges and competitions, and by staging artistic performances related to incense.
It will also work with traditional industries in Putian, including the gold and jewelry industry and the shoe industry, to create synergy of industrial chains.
