Yoga Montreal

June 21, 2022 is the World Yoga Day. On this day of celebration, today I offer you an article dedicated to this sport. And where to practice it!

yoga is a discipline with many benefits : reduction of stress, relaxation of muscles, strengthening of the body. What if practicing yoga was also good for world peace? There are different types of yoga, between meditation, stretching, and balance and fitness. Today, we offer you several studios in which you can find your favorite yoga discipline. So no excuses, little raccoons: there is bound to be a type that will suit you perfectly! Namaste!

Idol Hot Yoga

the Idol Hot Yoga mainly offers hot yoga. It is one of the most difficult types of yoga, because the sessions take place in a room heated to 40 degrees. The goal ? Warm up the muscles and make them extremely flexible, while working the cardiovascular system. Idolem also offers outdoor sessions, if you ever prefer to do your session in a bucolic setting โ€“ and less hot? Not sure !

The little extra is the course of yoga in the darkI find the concept interesting and super original to get rid of the fear of the eyes of others!
