Gryffindor common room

Just as we see in all four common rooms, there is a particular dedication to tradition, extending even to the dancing badgers carved into the fireplace. The common theme of the Hufflepuff common room is earth, evident in the green, neutral tones and trailing plants hanging from the ceiling. This ceiling itself is low and rounded, connecting round doorways to long hallways to mimic badger dens in an ode to the Hufflepuff mascot.

Ravenclaw Common Room

Ravenclaw’s bronze eagle mascot protects this common room from intruders, retracting only its large wings and opening the door to those who belong there. Once inside, even the most discerning intellectual will feel at home in Ravenclaw’s chic and airy common room, reflecting both the “spirit and learning” of its students and the element upon which it is based. The large windows let in plenty of natural light during the day and provide a great vantage point for stargazing at night, reflected in the star-printed fabrics that adorn the Ravenclaw common room.
