The former professional Rik Reinerink becomes sporting director within the new Swiss team Q36.5 Pro Cycling. Since 2018 he was sporting director in the Dutch team Continental (3rd division) Team VolkerWessels Cycling Team. Now 49 years old, Reinerink was a professional between 1996 and 2006, he raced for teams Bankgiroloterij and Skil-Shimano. Training Q36.5 Pro Cycling will evolve to ProTeam level (2nd division) in 2023, a category that Reinerink has not yet experienced as a sports director. In the team of Douglas Ryderhe will work with, among others, Alex SansVega, Aart Vierhouten, Gabriele Missaglia, Piotr Wadecki and the essential Vincenzo Nibali.

Reincarnation of Team Qhubeka NextHashwho had gone out of business at the end of the 2021 season, the Swiss team will be led by the South African Douglas Ryder and should progress to ProTeam level (licenses will be awarded by the UCI in December). As recently announced in the Italian press by Vincenzo Nibaliwho will be both a technical advisor and an ambassador for the cycling clothing brand Q36.5the squad will consist of 23 riders, from 13 different nationalities.
And we find well-known names, including the Italians Gianluca Brambilla, Matteo Moschetti (Trek-Segafredo) and Filippo Conca (Lotto Soudal), the Swiss Matteo Badilatti (Groupama-FDJ), the New Zealander Jack Bauer (Team BikeExchange-Jayco), the Swedish Tobias Ludvigsson (Groupama-FDJ), the Australian Damien Howson (Team BikeExchange-Jayco), the Norwegian Carl Fredrik Hagen (Israel-Premier Tech), the Belgian Tom Devriendt (Intermarché-Wanty-Gobert Matériaux) or the American Joey Rosskopf (Human Powered Health).
