PLATINUM END (DNA, CRUNCHYROLL, WAKANIM)

Mirai is a melancholy high school student who, after years of loneliness, decides to end his life. As he prepares to jump from the top of a building, he is miraculously saved by Nasse, an angel.

This one has a very special mission to entrust to him: to face 12 other competitors for the title of God whose reign will end 999 days later.

First of all, note that Platinum End is not just any manga adaptation. Taken from the work of the legendary duo of Death Note and Bakuman, Tsugumi Ohba and Takeshi Obata, the work was already convincing on paper. On the animation side, there is the expertise of director Hideya Takahashi (JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure Golden Wind) and Kazuchika Kise (Ghost in the Shell Arise).

If scriptwise speaking, Platinum End is not as powerful as Death Note, it has its darkness and violence, as well as its subversive dimension. Indeed, by addressing the delicate subjects of depression and suicide in adolescents, he puts his foot in the dish by pointing the finger at problems often overlooked and which can lead to terrible dramas.

The anime adaptation faithfully embraces the narrative of its authors and brilliantly transposes the dark aspect of its history. The hero inherits the power to kill whoever he wants with a single arrow. From there, the authors make us reflect on our own existence and our free will. An anime with a very adult tone that will shake up your certainties.

TAKT.OP DESTINY (CRUNCHYROLL)

It all starts when a black meteorite falls to Earth. Monsters named D2 then emerge to annihilate us. As these creatures seem drawn to melodies, music becomes taboo. But opponents appear.

The Musicart are girls who derive their power from music and can defeat the D2. At their side, the conductors direct and guide them. The year is 2047. The United States has been devastated by the fight against the D2s. Takt, the conductor, and Destiny, the musician, go to New York together.

Initiated by Bandai Namco Arts, Takt Op. Destiny was created by Ôji Hiroi (Sakura Wars) and boasts splendid animation, produced at Mappa (Jujutsu Kaisen, The God of High School) and Madhouse (One Punch Man, Overlord).

Between SF, action and fantasy, this original creation skilfully mixes fights and music, all in a very unique and hypnotic atmosphere. The first episodes offer a flying start to this anime which promises to be one of the great nuggets of this fall.

Atypical and refreshing, all you have to do is let yourself be carried away by this high quality visual and sound experience!

MUSHOKU TENSEI: JOBLESS REINCARNATION (WAKANIM)

A hardened 34-year-old bachelor, lonely and unemployed, is chased away from his parents. Having the lowest morale, he plans to commit suicide… until the day when, with a heroic gesture, he saves a former classmate who is about to be knocked down.

The young man dies instantly, then finds himself reincarnated in the body of a child, the son of a swordsman and a former adventurer in a fantasy world. Determined to do something with his new life, he tries to become the greatest magician in history.

Mushoku Tensei is an excellent isekai! Endowed with superb animation and a remarkable staging, the work is not lacking in humour, playing with intelligence on its small side. ecchi. In some aspects, the anime is reminiscent of The Rising of the Shield Hero, another popular and high quality anime of its kind.

The series will delight fantasy lovers in the first place but will also seduce novices, eager to rub shoulders with this world filled with magic, tinged with psychology and romance. Taken from the literary web series Mushoku Tensei: Isekai Ittara Honki Dasu by Rifujin na Magonotethe work is also adapted into manga by Doki Doki editions.

And after a first part acclaimed by the public, a new burst of episodes is currently being broadcast on Wakanim. It’s the perfect time to embark on the adventure!
