Life energy is a form of energy that flows through our body and is related to our well-being. It is associated with the chakras, they can be open or blocked depending on our emotional and physical state. When our chakras are blocked, our vital energy is reduced. We can then feel tired, we don’t have a good balance and we can even be more prone to diseases. There are different ways to work with life energy and the chakras to open and clear them to release energy and restore balance.

Root Chakra: Muladhara

The root chakra is the first of the seven main chakras and is found at the base of our spine. It is associated with security, trust and stability. It allows you to feel anchored in your life and to connect to the earth and its environment.

Sacral Chakra: Svadhisthana

When open and balanced, you are able to manage your emotions in a positive way. And so, to feel comfortable with your sexuality and to express yourself freely, to be creative.

The Solar Plexus Chakra: Manipura

Third eye chakra: Ajna

The crown chakra: Sahasrara

To conclude, the last of the chakras is found at the top of the head. It is considered to be the link between your mind and your body. It is also linked to spiritual enlightenment, wisdom and intuition. When opened, it can help you connect to your self and your inner wisdom.
