Life energy is a form of energy that flows through our body and is related to our well-being. It is associated with the chakras, they can be open or blocked depending on our emotional and physical state. When our chakras are blocked, our vital energy is reduced. We can then feel tired, we don’t have a good balance and we can even be more prone to diseases. There are different ways to work with life energy and the chakras to open and clear them to release energy and restore balance.
Root Chakra: Muladhara
The root chakra is the first of the seven main chakras and is found at the base of our spine. It is associated with security, trust and stability. It allows you to feel anchored in your life and to connect to the earth and its environment.

Sacral Chakra: Svadhisthana
Svadhisthana is located at the base of the spine, just below the navel. The sacral chakra is associated with emotional energy, creativity and sensuality. When open and balanced, you are able to manage your emotions in a positive way. And so, to feel comfortable with your sexuality and to express yourself freely, to be creative.

The Solar Plexus Chakra: Manipura
The Manipura Chakra is found at the waist and is associated with self-confidence, emotions, willpower and personal power. Indeed, the healing and alignment of this chakra allows you to be optimistic and open-minded.

Heart Chakra: Anahata
The heart chakra sits in the middle of the chest and is associated with love, compassion, and openness. It allows you to connect with others and open up to love. So, it is important to work on this chakra in order to help you balance your emotional and spiritual life.

Throat Chakra: Vishuddha
Linked to communication, creativity and self-expression. It is by working on opening and aligning this chakra that you can improve your ability to communicate with greater clarity and confidence.

Third eye chakra: Ajna
Located between the two eyes, just above the nose. It is related to intuition and perception. By working with this chakra, you could then improve your concentration and your inner vision.

The OM mantra is one of the oldest and most powerful in Hinduism and Hinduism. It is considered the very essence of knowledge and spiritual wisdom. It is often used in meditation and rituals. Om is generally associated with the connection between the physical world and the spiritual world, as well as the union between earth and heaven.
The crown chakra: Sahasrara
To conclude, the last of the chakras is found at the top of the head. It is considered to be the link between your mind and your body. It is also linked to spiritual enlightenment, wisdom and intuition. When opened, it can help you connect to your self and your inner wisdom.
