Sausage, potato and beans in tomato sauce: this is a dish that is both simple and comforting. Like the “Lost Rabbit” of Tournai, the Mouscron alderman, Laurent Harduin, intends to give this dish and its name “La Ducasse à Pierrot” their letters of nobility by reincorporating them into the Hurlu culinary heritage.

Hence the idea of organizing an event highlighting this traditional dish from the Mouscron region. This Thursday, November 10, noon and evening, about thirty establishments of the entity will offer this invigorating dish. Musical entertainment and competitions are also announced.
