Aurélie has devoted many years to the well-being and well-being of others and has invested in thousands of hours of training abroad in order to help in a holistic and positive way to transform her life as well as the lives of the people who come to see her for relieve their suffering, pain and discomfort.
“My professional career began in teaching in the West Indies on the island of Saint-Martin before an eight-year stay in South Africa where I undertook a long professional career of personal development, during which I transformed my fears, my limitations, my negative beliefs, and decided to share with all people in search of harmony with themselves. My intention is to support and guide a diverse audience of children, adolescents, young adults, adults and seniors towards optimal well-being. »
Aurélie Lemière-Siwela explains that her passion is to help the inhabitants of Picauville and beyond to feel better. She therefore suggests a day of discovery to its workshops and relaxation sessions and massages of well-being that Saturday, October 15, 2022.
“I offer a relaxing experience through the expression of the voice and the body to discover a state of total relaxation and well-being. I also organize clarity and peace circles to have clear thoughts and a peaceful mind in a world filled with confusion and chaos. These are workshops for relaxation, meditation, integration of body and mind to learn better, to achieve specific goals, and above all to connect with oneself,” she explains.
Aurélie Lemière-Siwela uses music, movement and intuitive dance to help participants relax and release their stress, worries and fears in order to gain self-confidence and feel better.
“I use specific techniques to relax as much as possible, breathing techniques, movement techniques, in order to learn to let go and to be aware of the present moment. We are always conditioned to do, do, do, so people don’t take the time to be. During the music and singing workshops there is music and singing to relax, to free oneself. »
The first session offered is Saturday, October 15 at 10 a.m. in the old canteen, 6, rue de l’Eglise, Picauville. Workshops for adults are at 10 a.m., for teens at 2 p.m. and for children at 4 p.m. Price €15 per adult and €10 for young people and children. Bring a friend or family member and pay half price.
