Sound Yoga is a practice that explores the vibratory power of sounds on our whole being, to establish harmony between body and mind.

Sound Yoga is an alternative to a purely physical Yoga, although the body is an integral part of the session, we prepare it to receive the sound.

The objective of the Sound Yoga session is to find a quality of sitting that promotes verticality, the opening of the heart and total abandonment for the practice of meditation. The session is punctuated with Kriyas (purification), Hatha Yoga Sound, energizing practices to cleanse our body of emotional densities. Important: during the practice of Yoga of Sound, it is not a question of knowing how to sing well, but of resonating, vibrating and modulating the sounds in oneself!

Tarek Zataiev has parked his old motorhome in a clearing, set back. After a short walk to join him, you will be settled around his campfire, a hot drink (with secret virtues…) in the palm of your hands, ready for a meeting like no other. Former Russian legionnaire, converted into a traveling healer during the day (that promises!), he seems to have already lived a thousand lives. Listening to his stories, you will then guess a journey with a troubled past and strewn with pitfalls. He is a bit scary, danger amuses him and he plays with it. No doubt he was dangerous, but don’t worry, he is as tender as he was tough. If the worst is behind him, today he devotes himself to the best, which he will take the time to tell you about. You will live a moment like on a roller coaster, you will go from cold to hot, from true to false, from top to bottom. It may not be a show, but certainly a real experience for you, present at nightfall…

Remember to come well-shod and comfortably dressed (depending on the weather). And if you could bring in your backpack, magazines (all types, assume your readings) and a marker, that would be great!
