Every Monday from 10:45 a.m. to 12 p.m. for a gentle yoga session. The session is for all levels, even for beginners!
It is an introspective yoga, with the aim of well-being of body and mind, in order to calm the mind and all these automatic thoughts. On the program, breathing exercises, physical postures working on flexibility and muscle strengthening, Indian songs, guided meditations, all the ingredients to travel, get away from it all, clear your mind and let go.

The Café des Parents is organized by the association Le Vast Monde in partnership with the community of Communes Cagire Garonne Salat and the APEAI.
The children present will be able to take part in nature activities led by a member of the association Le Vast Monde in pairs with a facilitator from the APEAI. The parents’ talking circles will be led by a professional through the association Le Vaste Monde.
Aimed at parents in the Cagire Garonne Salat area, the Café des Parents is a place to meet professionals but also, quite simply, other parents.
