Hulu has a solid slate of holiday specials coming in December, but the biggest fun is reserved for Boxing Day.
In what has become a Boxing Day tradition, that’s when the final season of the Canadian small-town comedy “Letterkenny” (December 26) drops. The quirky and hilariously wordy series is more vibe than plot, and season 11 promises more pitter patter, chorin’ and donnybrooks.
Hulu also has “Kinship” (December 13), a terrifying eight-episode miniseries based on Octavia E. Butler’s acclaimed novel about a young black woman (Mallori Johnson) who travels back in time between present-day Los Angeles and a plantation in the southern Antebellum, and confronts centuries-old family secrets.

Also on the way: “Darby and the Dead” (December 2), a teen supernatural comedy; “It’s a wonderful frenzy” (December 9), a holiday sequel to 2020’s “The Binge” parody with more drunken/stoned shenanigans; and holiday specials, including “ABC Tracks Santa: Live Stream” (December 24), “Disney Parks Magical Christmas Day Parade: Live Stream” (December 25) and “New Year’s Eve: Times Square Ball Drop 2022: Live Stream” (December 31st).

-the controlled streaming service also adds a ton of movies, including “The Royal Tenenbaums” (1st December), “Blade Runner: The Final Cut” and “Blade Runner 2049” (both Dec. 26) and A Christopher Nolan Frenzy featuring “The Dark Knight”, “Inception”, “Dunkirk” and more (all December 12).
